  • 6 pearls for water
  • 5 pearls @ 50 calories each
  • 16 pearls @ 100 calories each
  • 6 pearls @ 20 calories each
  • 6 pearls @ 5 calories each

Based on a daily intake of 2,000 calories
Tips to adjust Tali Calorie Counting bracelet for a:

  • Daily intake of 2,400 calories - increase the 16 pearls to 125 calories each
  • Daily intake of 1,600 calories - decrease the 16 pearls to 75 calories each
  • Daily intake of 1,200 calories - decrease the 16 pearls to 50 calories each
